What kind of treatment is Therm Needle?

What is the difference between Therm Needle and Thermagen?
ThermaNeedle is a treatment that uses fine needles to deliver RF energy to the dermis, while Thermagen is a treatment that emits RF energy from a handpiece. Because they target different layers and use different methods, they are selected based on the specific goal, such as treating sagging or improving skin texture.
What is the difference between Thermage and Potenza?
Both Therm Needle and Potenza are treatments that combine needles and RF, but they differ in the equipment used, the delivery method, and the skin concerns they address. At YAYOI CLINIC, we offer both treatments and select the appropriate one based on your skin type and condition.
Does Therm Needle hurt?
Because the Therm Needle uses needles, you may experience some discomfort or pain. At YAYOI CLINIC, we take care to minimize pain during treatment, and we can apply a topical anesthetic upon request.
Can I combine the Therm Needle with medication?
Yes. At YAYOI CLINIC, we offer treatments such as Macuum + hyaluronic acid, Rejuran, and Caviar Booster. We select the appropriate treatment based on your specific skin concerns.
How long is the downtime for Therma Needle?
With Therm Needle treatment, redness and pinpoint hemorrhages may occur for about 2 to 3 days after the procedure. Other possible side effects include rough skin, peeling, hyperpigmentation, and scabbing.
How many Thermage treatments do you get?
Therman Needle treatments are generally recommended once every four weeks, with a course consisting of about five sessions. However, the interval between treatments may vary depending on the amount of bleeding and the condition of your skin.
When can I wash my face and apply makeup after a Therm Needle treatment?
With Therm Needle, you can take a shower or wash your face 6 hours after the procedure. You can apply makeup starting the next day. Please be careful not to rub your skin too hard immediately after the procedure.
Can people with a gaunt face undergo Therm Needle treatment?
Therman Needle is also used to tighten areas where fat has diminished. Since the appropriate treatment varies depending on fat volume and skin condition, please consult with us during your consultation if you are concerned about a gaunt appearance.
