Can I tighten my skin while targeting specific areas for weight loss?

For small areas such as the face, 2 to 3 sessions may be sufficient, while larger areas may require 5 to 6 sessions; the number of sessions is determined based on the desired treatment area and the condition of the fat.
How long is the downtime for targeted fat reduction treatments?
Downtime for targeted fat reduction treatments varies depending on the procedure. With YAYOI CLINIC’s fat-dissolving injections (Premium FatX core®), swelling, puffiness, and mild pain may occur for about one week after the procedure. Since redness and a sensation of heat may also occur with Volnuma Body, please check the estimated recovery timeline before your procedure if you have plans.
Will spot reduction achieved through fat-dissolving injections lead to weight regain?
Fat-dissolving injections are a treatment designed to reduce the number of fat cells and target specific areas for fat loss while minimizing the risk of weight regain. However, results and post-treatment progress vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee that weight regain will not occur. At YAYOI CLINIC, the standard rates are 13,800 yen per 1 cc for fat-dissolving injections (Premium FatX core®) and 99,800 yen per session for Volnuma Body treatments on the abdomen or waist. Is it possible to achieve targeted fat loss without surgery in cosmetic medicine?

Can spot-reduction treatments be effective even if my legs look thick due to muscle tone?
If muscle tension is making your jawline or shoulders appear larger, you may want to consider botulinum toxin injections. At YAYOI CLINIC, we recommend Botox injections to address bulges caused by muscle tension. Since these injections target a different area than fat-dissolving injections, our doctors will determine the cause of the bulkiness and select the appropriate treatment.
