FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
Men’s Permanent Makeup
How is permanent makeup for men different from regular permanent makeup?
For men's permanent makeup, we design the look with consideration for skin types, facial structure, and hair growth patterns specific to men.
At YAYOI CLINIC, we prioritize a natural look that blends seamlessly with your own eyebrows, aiming to create an impression of cleanliness and trustworthiness.
Even if my natural eyebrows are sparse, will it look unnatural?
Even if you have sparse eyebrows, we’ll design them to look natural based on your facial structure, muscle contours, and the condition of your natural eyebrows.
Not only can you draw the entire eyebrow, but you can also finish the look by filling in any sparse areas.
Korean Style Permanent Makeup
How is Korean-style permanent makeup different from regular permanent makeup?
Korean-style permanent makeup is characterized by its emphasis on a natural finish that doesn’t look out of place even when you’re not wearing makeup. At YAYOI CLINIC, we use a hand-tattooing technique to apply pigment, creating a gradient on the lips that appears to blend from the inside out and a hairline that mimics the natural flow of hair.
What kinds of treatments are available with Korean-style permanent makeup?
At YAYOI CLINIC, we offer “Korean-style gradient lips” and “Korean-style hairline treatments.” Our lip treatments aim to create a natural, rosy glow, while our hairline treatments are designed to refine the hairline and M-shaped areas, resulting in a natural-looking finish around the face.
Permanent Makeup Laser Removal
Can I remove permanent makeup myself?
We do not recommend removing permanent makeup yourself using over-the-counter creams or similar products.
Since this may cause skin problems or leave pigmentation, please consult a medical professional if you wish to have it removed.
Can permanent makeup be removed in a single session?
With permanent makeup, it is not always possible to remove all pigment with a single laser treatment.
Although it varies depending on the type of pigment, how well it has set, and the treatment area, generally, about 2 to 5 sessions are recommended.
