We will examine your skin condition while using the VISIA skin diagnostic machine and inform you about the advance preparation to prepare your skin to adapt to the spot removal laser. Depending on the skin condition, it is advisable to spend 2 to 3 months for the preliminary preparation in order to achieve highly satisfactory results.

Laser, IPL, and microneedle RF treatments are used depending on the skin condition. A ruby laser, which removes dark spots, can be done almost once, while a milder IPL (light) treatment can be done over a number of times to remove the spots. The number of times irradiated depends on the depth and extent of the spots, so please check with your doctor for details.

After treatment

After the ruby laser treatment, a protective seal should be left in place for one to two weeks, and topical Vaseline should be applied as needed. Depending on the degree of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation after the protective seal is removed, topical hydroquinone cream or other whitening cream may be applied. Correct aftercare will determine the results of the blemish treatment. Please make an appointment and visit our office for a follow-up visit two weeks after treatment and one month after treatment.
