In this case, the anesthetic cream will be wiped off after about 30 minutes. For those who wish to use it in combination with a drug, it will be applied to the entire skin before the Dermapen 4 is used.

Once the preliminary preparation is complete, the treatment with the device begins. The treatment is performed by moving the Dermapen4 as it glides over the skin. Depending on the treatment, the procedure takes about 30 minutes, and is completed with a final sedation and moisturizing.

Please take care to avoid exposure to the sun after the treatment. Please refrain from washing your face and wearing makeup on the day of the procedure. Showering is allowed 6-7 hours after the treatment. However, please refrain from taking a bath or using a sauna until the redness has subsided. Please keep your skin moisturized for a few days to a few weeks after the procedure, as it tends to dry out easily. It is recommended that you avoid harsh cosmetics and use those that are as nonirritating as possible.
